看到這些小問答,特別翻譯如後,值得我與其他同事思考;我們是否確實在對待我們的工作夥伴時,認真考慮以下問題?其實應該不只這些,不過這是基本的問題,不但要自問是否如此被對待也要捫心自問!不過翻譯成職場力有些奇怪,但是職場強度也不是很恰當,想想看以後看看,是否有更適當名詞。

1. Do I know what is expected of me? 我清楚知道自己被期待的工作表現嗎?
2. Do I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right? 我具備完成工作的設備內容與材料嗎?
3. At work, do I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day?我每天是否有機會去達成我最會做的工作嗎?
4. In the last seven days, have I received recognition or praise for doing good work?過去一週中,我有因為好的工作表現而獲得肯定或獎勵嗎?
5. Does my supervisor, or someone at work, seem to care about me as a person?是否有主管或同事以對待人的態度對待我?
6. Is there someone at work that encourages my development?是否有人對我的工作表現表示肯定?
7. At work, do my opinions seem to count?我對工作的意見與建議是否會被考慮或採納?
8. Does the mission/purpose of my company, make me feel my job is important?公司的使命與目標是否讓我覺得我的工作任務是具有重要性的?
9. Are my coworkers committed to doing quality work?我的同事都能承諾去執行高品質的工作嗎?
10. Do I have a best friend at work? 我有工作上的好朋友嗎?
11. In the last six months, has someone at work talked to me about my progress?過去半年內,有同事與我聊過我在工作上的進展嗎?
12. This last year, have I had opportunities at work to learn and grow?過去一年內,我有機會在工作上學習與成長嗎?
